摘  要:解决了电视遥控器外壳注射模具结构设计中侧凹、凸台的抽芯分型难题,简化注射模结构,提高模具生产效率,节约企业生产成本。分析电视遥控器外壳的工艺特点,电视遥控器外壳4侧壁有侧凹结构,侧向成型型芯可满足该处侧凹的生产需要,利用模具设计知识和UG软件使用技能,进行分型面设计,浇注系统选择,模具结构形式确定,成型零件尺寸计算,抽芯机构的设计,开发一副电视遥控器外壳注射模。该模具两板模结构形式,环形浇口浇注形式,熔体流动状态好,熔接痕少,侧向滑块抽芯机构,降低模具制造的难度,保证脱模的稳定性。该模具结构简单合理,多个抽芯机构运用恰当,模具运行可靠,满足电视遥控器外壳自动化生产要求。To solve the core-pulling and parting problem of side concave and boss in the injection mold structure design of TV remote control shell, simplify the structure of injection mold, improve mold production efficiency, save the production cost of enterprises. The technological characteristics of TV remote control shell are analyzed, the four side walls of TV remote control shell have concave structure, the side formed core can meet the production needs of the side concave, using mold design knowledge and UG software skills, design parting surface,gating system selection, determination of die structure, dimension calculation of forming parts,design of core-pulling mechanism, a set of injection mold for TV remote control shell was developed. The structure of the mold is two plate molds, ring gate pouring form, the melt flow is good, less weld lines, side slide core-pulling mechanism, reduce the difficulty of mold making,ensure the stability of demoulding. The mold structure is simple and reasonable, multiple core-pulling mechanisms are used properly, the mold runs reliably, meet the requirements of TV remote control shell automation production.
