摘　　要：介绍了冷室立式压铸成型工艺及模具结构特点,分析了该压铸件的结构、尺寸及精度等技术要求,对模具分型面的选择,浇注系统和溢流系统设计,铸口形式的设计等进行了综合分析。同时介绍了模具主要工作零件及模具的总装结构设计。This paper introduced the casting process and die structure characteristics of cold chamber vertical die-casting,and the technical requirements of structure, analyzed the size and precision of die-casting,the selection of parting surface, the design of gating system and overflow system, and the design of casting mouth. It also introduced the design of the main working parts and the assembly structure of the die.
