摘  要:试验了Cr12MoV模具钢的加热工艺、锻造方式、变形比对共晶碳化物的影响。结果表明,共晶碳化物可以通过破碎的方法得到改善,且随着压下量的增大和变形比的增加,共晶碳化物的破碎效果越好。采取1,120℃~1,150℃加热,控制变形比大于4的前提下选用小钢锭,以及大压下量直接锻造拔长工艺优化后,共晶碳化物的均匀性得到明显改善,级别比以前可降低1级。The effects of heating process, forging method and deformation ratio on eutectic carbide of die steel Cr12 MoV have been tested. The results show that eutectic carbide can be improved through crushing, and the crushing of eutectic carbide becomes better with the increasing of forging reduction and deformation ratio. After adopting the optimized process of heating at 1,120℃ ~1,150℃, and selecting small ingots under the condition of controlling deformation ratio more than 4, as well as direct drawing with large forging reduction, the uniformity of eutectic carbide can be significantly improved, and the grade of eutectic carbide can be reduced by 1 grade than before.
