摘 要:基于材料设计以及装药结构力学响应等工程中的需求,通过粘结剂的使用能够获得理想的安全性能、爆轰性能、力学性能。以奥克托金(HMX)为主体炸药,特性黏度不同的氟橡胶F2311为粘结剂制备了HMX基高聚物粘结炸药(PBX),对PBX的成型密度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、弹性模量等进行了测试。结果表明:用特性黏度1.95dL/g的F2311制备的PBX195样品压缩强度为4.05MPa,拉伸应变为1.56%,高于其他PBX样品;PBX195的拉伸模量为0.668GPa,远低于其他PBX样品。特性黏度为1.95dL/g的F2311最适合作为HMX基PBX的粘接剂,用其制备的PBX力学性能和成型性能得到明显改善。Based on the requirements of material design and mechanical response of charge structure,ideal safety performance,detonation performance and mechanical performance can be obtained through the use of binder.Therefore,the forming density,compression strength,tensile strength and elastic modulus of HMX base polymer bonded explosive were tested for different viscosity characteristics of F2311 fluorine rubber.The results showed that the PBX195 of F2311 with a characteristic viscosity of 1.95 dL/g had a tensile strength of 4.05 MPa and a tensile strain of 1.56%,which was higher than that of other PBX formulations with a characteristic viscosity of F2311,and the tensile modulus of PBX195 was 0.668 GPa,which was far lower than that of other PBX formulations with a characteristic viscosity of F2311.Therefore,it can be considered that F2311 with characteristic viscosity at 1.95 dL/g was the most suitable for HMX base PBX formula,and its mechanical properties and molding properties were significantly improved.
