摘 要:选用3种不同嵌段比的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)分别与双环戊二烯(DCPD)单体共混,在钌系热潜伏催化剂M2的作用下引发DCPD原位聚合,通过反应注射成型工艺制备出了3种不同的PDCPD/SBS复合材料。研究了SBS嵌段比及其质量含量对DCPD聚合反应和制得复合材料性能的影响,结果表明:嵌段比S/B为30/70的SBS对聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)的改性效果最好,当含量达到6%时,材料的冲击强度达到153kJ/m^2,与PDCPD相比提高了102.4%,同时热变形温度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度也分别提升了25.7%、24.2%和20.6%。利用扫描电子显微镜、同步热分析仪和红外光谱仪对复合材料结构进行表征,结果表明SBS与PDCPD形成了半互穿聚合物网络结构。Three different SBSs with different block ratios were blended with DCPD monomers,and in-situ polymerization of DCPD was initiated under the action of Ru-based thermal latent catalyst M2,then three different PDCPD/SBS composites were prepared by reaction injection molding process.The effects of block ratio of SBS and its content on the polymerization of DCPD and the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results indicated that the SBS with S/B block ratio of 30/70 had the best modification effect on PDCPD.When the SBS content reached 6%,the impact strength of the composite reached 153 kJ/m^2,which was 102.4% higher than that of PDCPD,and the heat distortion temperature,tensile strength and flexual strength were also increased by 25.7%,24.2% and20.6%,respectively.The structure of the composites was characterized by SEM,STA and FT-IR,and the results exhibited that SBS and PDCPD formed a semi-interpenetrating polymer network structure.
