摘  要:采用机械共混法将磺化石墨烯按照不同配比添加到苯丙乳液中,制备了磺化石墨烯/苯丙涂料,对磺化石墨烯的结构和形貌进行了表征,测试了漆膜的机械性能、导电、导热、阻隔和耐水性能,扫描电镜分析了石墨烯在漆膜中的分散状态。结果表明:提高添加磺化石墨烯可有效地提高涂料的性能。当磺化石墨烯添加质量为0.1%时,涂膜的拉伸最高为4.24MPa,断裂伸长率为391%;漆膜达到了导电逾渗阈值,表面电阻率为7.38×109Ω·cm;耐水性能最高。当磺化石墨烯用量为1.0%时,涂膜的导热率增加了68.9%。随着磺化石墨烯用量的增加,涂膜的氧气透气系数逐渐减小,当用量为2.0%时,透气系数最低。The sulfonated graphene was added to the styrene-acrylic emulsion by mechanical blending method according to the different proportion.The sulfonated graphene/styrene-acrylic coatings were prepared.The structure and morphology of sulfonated graphene was characterized.The mechanical properties,conductive,thermal conductivity,water resistance of film was tested.SEM was use to analyze the dispersion of graphene in film state.The results showed that sulfonated graphene can effectively improve the performance of coatings.When the amount of sulfonated graphene was 0.1 wt%,tensile strength of the film was arrived at the maximum 4.24 MPa and the elongation at break was 391%.Conducting seepage threshold and the highest water resistance were found.The surface resistivity was at 7.38×10^9Ω·cm.When the amount of sulfonated graphene was 1.0 wt%,the thermal conductivity of the coating increased by 68.9%.With the increase of the amount of sulfonated graphene,the oxygen permeability of the film gradually decreased.When the amount was 2.0 wt%,the permeability was the lowest.
