摘 要:由于TiO2纳米管本身具有禁带宽度较宽且光生电子-空穴对复合速率较快等缺点,使得光生电子利用率较低,因此采用半导体对其进行负载改性可有效地改善其光催化反应活性。采用滴加-煅烧法制备Cu2O负载改性的TiO2纳米材料,通过改变前驱体溶液中NaOH的浓度,制备了一系列Cu2O/TiO2纳米管,对改性后复合材料进行物化性能表征,并用电化学工作站对其光电化学性能进行测试。结果表明:阳极氧化法制备的TiO2纳米管结构规整,且负载改性后其规整管状结构未被破坏,但随着负载量的增加,TiO2纳米管表面的Cu2O颗粒产生堆积现象;光生电流随Cu2O负载量的增加出现先升高后降低的趋势,当NaOH浓度为0.2mol/L时光生电流密度达到最大值(0.6mA/cm^2);而采用降解罗丹明B(RhB)实验对其光催化氧化能力进行测试发现,当NaOH浓度为0.3mol/L时,所得Cu2O/TiO2纳米管对RhB的降解效果最好。The defects of titanium dioxide(TiO2)nanotubes,including the wider band gap and higher photogenerated electron-hole recombination rate,limit the utilization rate of photogenerated electrons.Therefore,the photocatalytic activity of nanotubes can be effectively improved by modification with semiconductors.Cu2O loaded TiO2nanomaterials were prepared by drip-calcination method.A series of Cu2O/TiO2nanotubes were prepared by changing the concentration of NaOH in the precursor solution.The characterizations shown that TiO2 nanotubes prepared by anodic oxidation possessed regular structure,and the micro-structure was not destroyed after modification.However,with the increase of loading amount,Cu2O particles on the surface of TiO2nanotubes accumulated,the photogenerated current density increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Cu2O loading amount.When the concentration of NaOH was 0.2mol/L,the photo-generated current density reached a maximum value (0.6mA/cm^2).When the concentration of NaOH was 0.3mol/L,the Cu2O/TiO2nanotubes had the best degradation effect on Rh B.
