摘  要:采用分子印迹技术,制备基于改性凹凸棒土的表面分子印迹聚合物(BA-MIP),借助响应面法对聚合物制备过程中的影响因素进行优化设计。以非印迹聚合物(NIP)作为对照,通过实验评价BA-MIP对苯甲酸的再生稳定性和竞争选择性。结果表明,当模板分子与功能单体的摩尔比为1∶4、载体改性凹凸棒土的用量为0.25g、聚合反应时间为24h时,BA-MIP对BA的识别效果、吸附效果都是最好的。经分析发现,聚合反应时间和改性凹凸棒土量对BA-MIP制备的影响大于BA/功能单体。选择性吸附实验表明,BA-MIP对模板分子BA的竞争系数更大,对BA有着较好的选择识别特性。经过5次重复实验发现,BA-MIP具有较好的再生稳定性。The molecular imprinting technology was used to prepare surface molecularly imprinted polymer which based on attapulgite.The response surface method was used to optimize the influencing factors in the polymer preparation process.The non-imprinted polymer(NIP)was used as a control to evaluate the regeneration stability and competitive selectivity of BA by BA-MIP.The results showed that when the molar ratio of template molecule to functional monomer was 1∶4,the amount of attapulgite was 0.25 g,and the polymerization time was 24 h,the prepared polymer had the most recognition and adsorption effect on BA.The analysis showed that the polymerization time and the amount of attapulgite had a greater effect on the preparation of BA-MIP than BA/functional monomer.Selective adsorption experiments shown that BA-MIP had a higher competition coefficient for template molecule BA,and better selection and recognition characteristics for BA.After 5 repeated experiments,BA-MIP had good regeneration stability.
