摘 要:2019年5—10月调查了江苏溧阳青虾养殖池塘的浮游动物群落结构和理化环境。结果表明:共鉴出浮游动物38属59种,其中优势种为萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、壶状臂尾轮虫(B.urceus)、晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna sp.)、广布中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops leackarti)、粗壮温剑水蚤(Thermocyclops dybowskii)。空间上,浮游动物的丰度为206.14~737.49 ind./L,生物量为45.49~133.53 mg/L;时间上,浮游动物的丰度为207.67~551.01 ind./L,生物量为39.69~109.62 mg/L。Shannon-wiener多样性指数1.53~2.23,Pielou均匀度指数0.65~0.77,Margalef丰富度指数1.20~2.46。浮游动物丰度、生物量和多样性指数的时空差异显著。The Community structure of zooplankton and physicochemical environment were surveyed in Macrobrachium niopponens ponds,Liyang,Jiangsu Province from May to October,2019.The results showed that59 species of zooplankton were found.Among of the species,Brachionus calyciflorus,B.urceus,Asplanchna sp.,Mesocyclops leuckarti,Thermocyclops dybowskii were the dominant species.In space,the abundance of zooplankton was 206.14~737.49 ind./L,the biomass was 45.49~133.53 mg/L.In time,the abundance of zooplankton was 207.67~551.01 ind./L,the biomass was 39.69~109.62 mg/L.The Shannon-wiener index,Pielou evenness index and Margalef richness was 1.53~2.23,0.65~0.77,and 1.20~2.46,respectively.There were significant spatial/temporal differences in the abundance,biomass and diversity of zooplankton.
