摘 要:按照公司节能要求,将系统效率低、能耗高的董志和白马南区块定为节能改造区。通过分析节能改造区机采现状存在的问题,在董志和白马南区块进行机采井系统效率远程控制技术现场改造试验,对比改造前后系统效率数据和井组电表计量数据,评价改造效果。改造后,节能改造区系统效率提高1.55%,日耗电量减少5426.9 kWh,综合节电率为24.1%,节能效果明显。通过安装电表进行验证,选取5个井场19口井,实测综合节电率24.5%,控制柜电参分析综合节电率24.6%,控制柜电参分析具有较高的准确性和可靠性。提出了机采井系统效率远程控制技术改造的合理化建议,为我厂节能改造提供技术支撑。According to the company's energy-saving requirements,Dongzhi and South Baima blocks with low system efficiency and high energy consumption were designated as energy-saving transformation area.By analyzing the existing problems of mechanical oil production current status in the energy-saving transformation area,the on-site transformation test of system efficiency remote control technology on mechanical oil production well was carried out in Dongzhi and South Baima blocks,comparing the system efficiency data and the well group electric meter measurement data before and after the transformation to evaluate the transformation effect.After the transformation,the system efficiency of the energy-saving transformation area was increased by 1.55%,the daily power consumption was reduced by 5426.9 kWh,the comprehensive power saving ratio was 24.1%,and the energy saving effect is obvious.Through the installation of electric meters for verification,19 wells in 5 well sites were selected,and the measured comprehensive power saving ratio was 24.5%.The control cabinet electrical parameter analysis had a comprehensive power saving ratio of 24.6%.The control cabinet electrical parameter analysis had high accuracy and reliability.The article puts forward the rationalization suggestions of the system efficiency remote control technology transformation on mechanical oil production well and provides technical support for the energy-saving transformation of our plant.
