摘　　要：苏里格天然气处理厂采用低温脱水工艺,引用液体甲醇作为水合物抑制剂,处理厂年甲醇外购费用约占厂生产材料总费用的27%,因此,有效控制甲醇消耗量、提升回收量,降低外购量是“降本增效”的重要手段之一。文中通过计算各天然气处理厂液体甲醇消耗量、天然气含水量,分析甲醇耗量影响因素,提出降低甲醇耗量的具体措施,某天然气处理厂通过各项降低甲醇耗量措施的实施对比,某天然气处理厂年直接经济效益45.67万元,对天然气处理厂降本增效具有建设性意义。Sulige Natural Gas treatment plant adopts low-temperature dehydration process and USES liquid methanol as hydrate inhibitor.The annual purchase cost of methanol in the treatment plant accounts for about 27%of the total cost of materials produced in the plant.Therefore,it is one of the important means to"reduce cost and increase efficiency"to effectively control methanol consumption,increase recovery amount and reduce external purchase amount.In this paper,through calculating the gas treatment plant liquid methanol consumption,gas,water content,analysis of methanol consumption influencing factors,put forward specific measures to reduce alcohol consumption,a natural gas treatment plant by the implementation of each item to reduce alcohol consumption,a natural gas treatment plant in direct economic benefit of 456700 yuan,authors to natural gas processing plant efficiency constructive significance.
