瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效比较及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效比较研究及安全性分析。方法:选取70例冠心病患者,随机将患者分为两组,对照组35例使用阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组35例使用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、血脂指标水平及安全性进行比较。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.28%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C分别为(2.61±0.25)mmol/L、(1.51±0.25)mmol/L、(1.16±0.26)mmol/L、(1.77±0.28)mmol/L,指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为8.57%,明显低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者使用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,不仅可以减少患者不良反应,改善其血脂指标水平,还能有效提高治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety analysis of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method Seventy patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin and 35 patients in the study group were treated with rosuvastatin.The treatment effect,blood lipid level and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.28%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).The TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C indexes of the study group were(2.61±0.25)mmol/L,(1.51±0.25)mmol/L,(1.16±0.26)mmol/L,and(1.77±0.28)mmol/L,respectively.which was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.57%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of rosuvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease could not only reduce the adverse reactions of patients,improve the level of blood lipids,but also effectively improve the therapeutic effect,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
