躯体形式障碍患者衰弱现状及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解躯体形式障碍(SD)患者衰弱现状并分析影响衰弱发生的相关因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取于四川省德阳市人民医院就诊的SD患者为研究对象,采用患者的一般资料、中文版Tilburg衰弱量表(TFI)、Barthel指数评定量表、Beck抑郁自评量表及社会支持量表为研究工具进行问卷调查。结果:共收集有效问卷184份。研究对象中有104例患者发生衰弱,发生率为56.5%;衰弱总分为(4.84±2.02)分,生理衰弱得分(2.16±0.96)分,心理衰弱得分为(1.71±0.83)分,社会衰弱得分为(0.97±0.65)分;多元线性回归结果表明躯体功能、心理状态、人均月收入、年龄、婚姻状况是SD患者衰弱的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:SD患者衰弱发生率较高,表现在生理、心理及社会衰弱方面,医护工作者应重视SD患者的衰弱评估,尽早采取科学有效的措施延缓衰弱的发生与发展。Objective To understand the status quo of SD patients'weakness and analyze the related factors affecting the occurrence of weakness.Method Using convenience sampling method,SD patients in Deyang People's Hospital of Sichuan Province were selected as the research subjects.The general data of patients,Chinese version Tilburg Weakness Scale,Barthel Index Scale,Beck Self-rating Depression Scale and Social Support Scale were used as the research tools to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results 184 valid questionnaires were collected.104 patients in the study group suffered from weakness,the incidence rate was 56.5%.The total score of weakness was(4.84±2.02).The total score of physical weakness was(2.16±0.96).The score of mental weakness was(1.71±0.83).The score of social weakness was(0.97±0.65).The results of multiple linear regression showed that physical function,mental state and monthly income per capita were significant.Admission,age and marital status were the influencing factors of SD patients'weakness(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of SD patients'weakness is high,which is manifested in physical,psychological and social weakness.Medical workers should pay attention to the assessment of SD patients'weakness and take scientific and effective measures to delay the occurrence and development of SD patients as soon as possible.
