摘  要:疫情下城市高风险社区的形成,不仅有流行病学规律可循,同时也有城市建成环境线索可觅。论文聚焦2020年新冠疫情爆发初期汉口的七个疫情高发社区,以社区居民日常目标路径中15分钟社区生活圈作为衡量城市建成环境的空间范围,分别对疫情中不同类型、不同公共等级的城市公共空间、公共设施与社区公共健康的关联性展开研究。研究表明:平时与疫时城市高等级公共空间、公共设施对社区公共健康的影响,存在二律背反现象;同时疫情中叠加上城市建成环境中不利因素的老城区中非正规性社区往往是公共健康更脆弱的社区。Urban high-risk communities under the epidemic situation are related to the urban built environment.With the fifteen minutes community life circle in the daily aimed path of community residents as the spatial scope for investigating the urban built environment,this paper focuses on seven high-risk communities where lots of residents infected with coronavirus in Hankou,Wuhan,and discusses how urban public space and public facilities with different types or different grade impact the public health of urban communities under the epidemic situation.The research shows that there is an antinomy between the influence of public facilities in urban high-level public space on community public health in peacetime and epidemic time.The informal communities in the old urban areas superimposed with the adverse factors in the urban built environment tend to be more vulnerable in terms of public health.
