摘　　要：城市出入口道路将城市道路与公路紧密联系,承担了城市的出入境和过境交通,在城市与城市外区域的联系上起到了至关重要的作用。随着城市化进程的加快,城市道路与公路的运输量增加,城市出入口道路的交通压力日益增长,甚至情况堪忧。作为城市道路和对外交通的双重道路角色,城市出入口道路必须保证能够在二者之间发挥协调功能,才能对城市的经济发展起到积极作用。本文拟通过调查研究洛阳市城市出入口道路的现状,从而提出合理的意见与建议使其得到优化,并有效提升洛阳市作为副中心城市的发展速度。The urban entrance and exit roads closely connect urban roads with highways,take on the city’s entry-exit and transit traffic,and play a vital role in the connection between the city and the areas outside the city.With the acceleration of urbanization,the traffic volume of urban roads and highways has increased,and the traffic pressure of urban access roads has also increased,and the situation is even worrying.As the dual role of urban roads and external traffic,urban entrance and exit roads must ensure that they can play a coordinating function between the two in order to play a positive role in the economic development of the city.This paper intends to investigate and study the current situation of the entrance and road of Luoyang,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions to promote the development of Luoyang as a sub-central city.
