永乐宫道家养生功传承和发展路径研究

摘　　要：永乐宫道家养生功是传统养生文化中的重要组成部分,伴随着时代的变革和外来文化的冲击,传承发展缓慢。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑推理法,通过了解永乐宫道家养生文化的基本内容和功法传承体系。理论结构特点的基础上,发现永乐宫养生功的传承和发展还存在传承链条不够完整,与全民健身体系结合不紧密,民间组织没有发挥应有的作用。针对这些问题提出通过确认文化内容和选择传承人;完善政策支持与法律法规;运用互联网平台加大宣传力度来达到提高永乐宫养生功的社会应影响力,传播优秀传统文化的目的。Yongle Palace Taoist Health culture culture is an important part of the traditional health culture,but now due to the changes of the times and the impact of foreign culture is constantly dissipating,the current eternal Le Palace Taoist health culture of the inheritance and development of the inquiry is still in ablank state.This study uses the method of literature,expert interview and logical reasoning to explore the inheritance and development of the Taoist health culture of Yongle Palace.Based on the understanding of the basic content of the Taoist health culture of Yongle Palace and the inheritance system of the power law and the characteristics of the theoretical structure,it is found that the inheritance and development of the health culture of Yongle Palace are still incomplete,and the combination of the national fitness system is not close,and the non-governmental organizations have not played their due role.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the aim of improving the social influence of Yongle Palace health culture and spreading the excellent traditional culture by confirming the cultural subject and selecting the heirs,the government perfecting the corresponding laws and regulations and carrying out support and guidance.
