摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对体育公共服务期望值与满意度评价进行实证研究。研究结果表明:不同性别、年龄、职业对体育公共服务的期望值与满意程度存在差异。建议:政府需要重新界定行政部门角色、明确政府职能、建立健全相应法律法规等,从而建设服务型政府。This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the expectation and satisfaction evaluation of sports public service in Qiqihar.The results show that:different gender,age and occupation have different expectation and satisfaction degree to sports public service.Suggestions:the government needs to redefine the role of the administrative departments,clarify the functions of the government,establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations,so as to build a serviceoriented government.
