结构功能主义视阈下江苏青少年体育健康促进社会行动系统的功能缺失

摘　　要：结构功能主义认为,任何社会现象的内部都由不同层次的子系统构成。明确现象内部子系统发展情况及原因对提升系统运行质量具有重要意义。江苏青少年体育健康促进体系存在有机系统资源不均或、人格系统政策管理执行度不足、社会系统责权分工不同步以及文化系统价值引导不完整现象,导致整体系统适应功能、目标功能、整合功能和维模功能的缺失。Structural functionalism holds that the internal of any social phenomenon is composed of subsystems at different levels.It is of great significance to clarify the development and causes of the internal subsystems of the phenomenon to improve the operation quality of the system.There are some problems in Jiangsu adolescent sports health promotion system,such as uneven organic system resources,insufficient implementation of personality system policy management,unsynchronized division of responsibility and power in social system,and incomplete value guidance of cultural system,which lead to the lack of overall system adaptation function,target function,integration function and model maintenance function.
