摘　　要：总结了当前运营商国际漫游结算解决方案中的痛点与难点,并对其进行分析与研究。通过引入区块链技术,分析去中心化架构在运营商国际漫游清结算场景中的结合点与优势。介绍了较为成熟的去中心化运营商国际漫游清结算解决方案来进一步分析与验证其优势,引出二者结合的发展前景与建议。Firstly,it summarizes the pain points and difficulties in the current international roaming settlement solutions of operators,and followed by the analysis and research on them.Then,through the introduction of blockchain technology,it analyzes the combination points and advantages of decentralized architecture in the international roaming clearing and settlement scenario of operators.Next,it introduces the mature solution of international roaming clearing and settlement for decentralized operators to further analyze and verify its advantages,and the development prospects and suggestions of the combination of the two are puts forward.
