摘  要:以聚砜、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和多巴胺修饰的埃洛石纳米管为主要原料,通过相转化法制备改性聚砜超滤膜。利用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪、通量测试仪对滤膜进行结构及性能表征,交替过滤纯水与牛血清蛋白溶液测试改性超滤膜的循环稳定性。结果表明:改性埃洛石的掺入提高了超滤膜的水通量与截留率,改性后超滤膜水接触角从85.2°下降到67.4°,当改性埃洛石质量分数为1.0%时,超滤膜的纯水通量达到最大值440 L∙m^-2∙h^-1,截留率从60%上升到92%。连续过滤200 min后,水通量最大值为400 L∙m^-2∙h^-1。A modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by phase inversion,with polysulfone,polyvinylpyrrolidone,and dopamine-modified halloysite nanotubes as the main raw materials.The structure and performance of the prepared membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,contact angle measuring instrument,flux test divice.The cycling stability of the modified ultrafiltration membrane was also investigated by alternate filtration of pure water and bovine serum protein solution.The results show that the addition of modified halloysite nanotubes improves the water flux and retention rate of the ultrafiltration membrane.After modification,the water contact angle of the ultrafiltration membrane drops from 85.2°to 67.4°.The pure water flux of the ultrafiltration membrane reaches the maximum value of 440 L∙m^-2∙h^-1,and the rejection rate increases from 60%to 92%when the mass fraction of modified halloysite nanotubes is 1.0%.After the filtration for 200 min,the maximum water flux is 400 L∙m^-2∙h^-1.
