摘 要:采用理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法,从混流式机组A级检修活动导叶吊装的作业现场出发,针对传统电力检修作业平台存在的安全隐患,经过设计方案及研制思路的确定、工作原理的分析、各部分材质的选择、结构参数及驱动方式的确定最终研制出一种新型安全作业平台。实践结果表明该新型安全作业平台移动方便,限位性能良好,无侧翻风险,提高了作业的效率和安全可靠性。The paper adopts the method of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,starting from the operation site of A-class maintenance and hoisting movable guide vane of mixed flow unit,analyzes the potential safety hazards existing in the traditional electric power maintenance operation platform.Through the determination of design scheme and development idea,analysis of working principle,selection of materials of each part,determination of structural parameters and driving mode,a new type of safe operation platform is finally developed.The practical results show that the new safe operation platform is easy to move,has good position limiting performance with no rollover risk,and improves the operation efficiency,safety and reliability.
