摘  要:通过含氢聚甲基硅氧烷(PHMS)和三种聚醚(P4、P6和P8)发生硅氢加成反应,以异丙醇为溶剂,加入适量的铂作为催化剂,在水浴加热回流下制得聚醚有机硅表面活性剂。测定了活性剂的结构以及表面张力,确定了不同因素对油污清洗效率的影响,进而确定出较优的工艺参数。研究结果表明:PHMS-P6的清洗能力较强,其表面张力随浓度的增加逐渐下降;当浓度为0.05%时,表面张力降至最低值,此时聚醚有机硅表面活性剂的表面张力为37.6 mN/m。Polyether organosilicon surfactant was prepared by hydrosilylation reaction of hydrogen-containing polymethylsiloxane(PHMS)and three kinds of polyether(P4,P6 and P8),with isopropanol as solvent and adding appropriate amount of platinum as catalyst,under heating and refluxing in water bath.The structure and surface tension of the surfactant were measured,the influence of different factors on the oil cleaning efficiency was determined,and then the optimum process parameters were determined.The research results showed that PHMS-P6 had strong cleaning ability,and its surface tension gradually decreased with the increase of concentration.When the concentration was 0.05%,the surface tension reached the lowest point,and the surface tension of polyether organosilicon surfactant was 37.6 mN/m.
