摘　　要：比较了酸性荧光黄和涂料荧光黄桑蚕丝织物的印花性能,讨论了染料用量、尿素用量、pH值、黏合剂用量等对织物K/S值和荧光性能的影响。结果表明,桑蚕丝织物采用酸性荧光黄和涂料荧光黄印花后,其荧光性能均满足国标要求。优化的印花工艺分别为:酸性荧光黄质量分数8%,色浆pH值4,尿素质量分数6%,汽蒸20 min;涂料荧光黄质量分数15%,色浆pH值7,黏合剂质量分数20%,焙烘温度120℃。酸性荧光黄印制的织物手感好,但水洗残液色度重,色牢度一般;涂料荧光黄印花后的水洗残液色度清,色牢度较好,但手感有变化。The printing properties of Acid Fluorescent Yellow dye and Fluorescent Yellow Pigment on silk fabrics are compared.The effects of dye concentration,urea concentration,pH value and binder concen⁃tration on K/S value and fluorescent properties of the fabric are discussed.The results show that the flu⁃orescent properties of silk fabrics printed with Acid Fluorescent Yellow and Fluorescent Yellow Pigment meet the requirements of national standard.The optimized printing process is:Acid Fluorescent Yellow 8%,pH of 4,urea 6%,steaming time 20 min;Fluorescent Yellow Pigment 15%,pH of 7,binder 20%,bak⁃ing temperature 120℃.Acid Fluorescent Yellow dyeings have good hand feeling,but the washing resi⁃due has deep color and the color fastness of fabric is general;the color of washing residue of Fluores⁃cent Yellow Pigment is clear and the color fastness of fabric is good,but the handle is changed.
