摘　　要：针对中深色工装面料染色时存在染料用量大、上染率不高、染色深度不理想的问题,以具有多层核壳结构的有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液(硅丙乳液)为增深剂,考察其在工装面料上的应用效果。优化的工艺条件为:增深剂质量浓度20~30 g/L,100℃烘干2 min,120℃焙烘2 min,整理后织物的增深率达50%以上。In view of the problems of larger amount of dye,lower dye uptake,and unsatisfactory dyeing depth when dyeing medium-dark uniform fabrics,a silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion(silicone acrylic emulsion)with a multilayer core-shell structure is used as a deepening agent to investigate its ef⁃fectiveness.The optimized process conditions are:the mass concentration of the deepening agent 20~30 g/L,drying at 100℃ for 2 min,and baking at 120℃ for 2 min,the deepening rate of the fabric after fin⁃ishing is more than 50%.
