试论女子举重运动员筛选与选拔

摘　　要：女子举重兴起于20世纪40年代,2000年奥运会上正式列为比赛项目。近几年来,我国的女子举重选手和运动员频频在国际赛事中取得骄人战绩,这与女子举重运动员的初期严格筛选与选拔有很重要的关系。优秀的举重运动员,食欲良好的先天优势,外加后天科学刻苦的训练,这样才能锻造出优秀的训练成绩和骄人的比赛战绩。对于女子举重教练员和相关机构来说,选择一名具有先天优势的举重苗子尤为关键,因为选拔好了,就相当于成功了一半。但是目前我国的一些选拔机制来说往往靠经验,所以不易于科学选拔体育人才,有时反而会造成财力和人力的浪费。该文针对选拔与筛选,给出一些对策,希望能给相关部门和人士一些建议和参考。Women's weightlifting rose in the 1940s,and the 2000 Olympic Games were of f icially listed as events.In recent years,Chinese women weightlifters and athletes have made remarkable achievements in international competitions frequently,which is related to the strict selection and selection of women weightlifters in the early stage.Excellent weightlifters,the innate advantage of good appetite,plus the day after tomorrow's scientif ic hard training,so as to forge excellent training results and impressive competition record.For women weight-lifting coaches and related institutions,it is particularly important to choose a weight-lifting seedling with innate advantages,because when selected,it is equivalent to half the way.But at present,some selection mechanisms in our country often rely on experience,so it is not easy to select sports talents scientif ically,sometimes it will cause financial and human waste.This paper gives some countermeasures for selection and screening,hoping to give some suggestions and references to relevant departments and people.
