摘　　要：非营利体育组织是民众体育文化的传播者与公共体育服务的承接者,在体育公共服务中发挥着重要作用,当前非营利体育组织参与体育公共服务存在理论、认知及制度等方面的问题,需要丰富理论研究,准确界定参与边界,提高民众对非营利体育组织的认知,加大制度建设力度与投入,以此提高非营利体育组织参与体育公共服务的效率。Non-profit sports organizations are the spreaders of popular sports culture and the undertakers of public sports services.They play a n important role in sports public services.At present,there are theoretical,cognitive,and institutional problems in the participation of non-prof it sports organizations in sports public services.It is necessary to enrich theoretical research,accurately define participation boundaries,increase public awareness of non-profit sports organizations,and increase system construction efforts and investment,so as to improve the eff iciency of non-prof it sports organizations participating in sports public services.
