摘 要:排球是一项要求技术全面、身体素质高的对抗性运动项目。高校排球运动员在学习的同时还需要在训练中保持较高的运动水平,从而才能在比赛中取得佳绩。随着竞技体育的发展,核心力量训练愈发成为必不可少的一部分。因此,该文对核心力量训练进行研究,研究核心力量训练对高水平排球队的影响,探索核心力量训练的方法,以便能帮助高水平排球运动员减少伤病,更科学地提高身体素质和竞技水平。Volleyball is an antagonistic sport which requires comprehensive techniques and high physical quality.To achieve good grades in the competition,college volleyball players need to maintain high athletic quality in training while learning.With the development of competitive sports,core strength training has become an indispensable part.Therefore,this paper analyses the core strength training from the inf luence of core strength training on the high-level volleyball team,and then explores the methods of core strength training.Finally,this paper help the high-level volleyball players reduce injuries and improve their physical quality and competitive level more scientif ically.
