摘  要:目的:通过渐增负荷8周全身力量训练,探讨其对大学生足球运动员专项技术的影响。方法:选取新疆工程学院院足球队16名大学生运动员为研究对象,进行4次/周,50min/次的全身渐增负荷力量训练,实验前后测试专项技术成绩。结果:经过8周干预后,20m曲线运球过杆射门、掷界外球、后退跳起头顶球成绩略有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),踢准成绩无明显提高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:8周渐增全身力量练习可以明显提高部分专项技术成绩,是大学生足球运动员专项训练中的一个重要环节。Objective:To explore the inf luence of 8 weeks ofincreasing load on the special skills of college football players.Methods:16 college students from the football team of Xinjiang Institute of engineering were selected as the research object to carry out 4 times/week,50 minutes/time of body g radually increasing load s trength training,a nd test the s pecial technical results before and a fter the experiment.Results:After 8 weeks ofintervention,the scores of 20 meters curve dribble passing shot,throw out of bounds and jump back to head and head were slightly improved,the difference was statistically signif icant(P<0.01),the scores of kick accuracy were not signif icantly improved,the difference was not statistically signif icant(P>0.05).Conclusion:8 weeks ofincreasing body strength exercise can signif icantly improve part of the special technical results,which is an important part of the special training of college football players.
