影响岳阳市业余足球联赛裁判员执法水平的因素分析

摘　　要：当前岳阳市业余足球联赛还处于初步发展期,裁判员执法水平有待提高,影响着联赛的良性发展。因此,该文运用文献资料法、调查研究法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对影响岳阳市业余足球联赛裁判员执法水平的因素进行系统分析。主观影响因素方面主要有体能储备、理论知识学习、沟通能力、裁判员之间的配合、控制比赛的能力、执法比赛经验、心理素质、责任感等;客观影响因素有天气场地、比赛时间、队员情绪、裁判员交流平台、足协培训制度、联赛规章制度、场外因素等。基于此,提出了应对策略:科学提高适应比赛的身体素质、巩固更新理论知识、裁判长组织比赛专门会议、加强心理训练、科学安排赛程、建立严格比赛章程并实施、建立裁判员管理部门、提高现有讲师和裁判监督的业务能力等。以期促进岳阳市足球运动的健康发展。At present,the Yueyang City Amateur Football League is still in its preliminary development per iod,and the level of referees'law en forcement need s to be improved,which affects the healthy development of the league.Therefore,a systematic analysis is made of the factors that affect the level of law enforcement of the amateur football league referees in Yueyang City,using research methods such as literature data methods,investigation methods,and logic analysis methods.The subjective inf luencing factors mainly include physical energy reserve,theoretical knowledge learning,communication ability,cooperation between referees,ability to control the game,law enforcement game experience,psychological quality,and sense of responsibility;objective factors include the weather venue,game time,and team members Mood,referee communication platform,football association training system,league rules and regulations,off-site factors,etc.Based on this,a coping strategy was proposed:scientif ically improving physical fitness to adapt to the game,consolidating and updating theoretical knowledge,referees organizing special meetings for the game,strengthening psychological training,scientif ically scheduling the game,establishing strict game rules and implementation,establishing referee management departments,improving the ability of existing lecturers and referees to supervise.With a view to promoting the healthy development of football in Yueyang City.
