摘　　要：足球裁判员的判罚尺度是影响比赛结果走势的一大关键点,裁判员对于“有利”原则的掌握、犯规动作的识别、红黄牌的界定、VAR(视频助理裁判)观看的选择,都会对比赛的结果造成影响。裁判员应依据《足球竞赛规则》和“足球比赛精神”,尽自身最大能力,在规则框架内酌情考量,做出自己认为最适合的决定。每一位裁判员执裁过程中都会根据比赛场上的变化和需要拟定属于自己执法过程中的判罚尺度。判罚尺度的严厉与松懈会使比赛结果发生质变。The decision s cale of a football referee is a key point that a ffects the trend of the outcome of a match.The referee's grasp of the principle of"advantage",the identif ication of foul action,the def inition of red and yellow cards,the choice of watching VAR(video assistant referee)will all have an impact on the outcome of the match.The referee should make the best decision in accordance with the rules of the game and the spirit of the game.Each referee in the process of judging will be according to the changes in the field and the need to formulate their own law enforcement process of the penalty.The severity and laxity of the decision will result in a qualitative change.
