摘　　要：如今的博物馆展陈空间复杂,展品形式多样,公众的观展体验备受重视。随着数字技术的发展与普及,博物馆导览体系也由单一语音形式向人性化、智能化方向发展。文章调研分析了博物馆导览的技术发展情况和国内外博物馆导览方式现状,基于观展者的行为习惯和心理需求建立了用户模型,提出了软硬件并行的智慧导览策略,并设计了符合人机工学的导览器与手机端导览界面,旨在提高导览效率,优化参观体验,从而推动我国博物馆事业的发展。Nowadays,museums have complex spaces and diverse exhibits.The public’s exhibition experience is highly valued.With the development and popularization of digital technology,the museum guide system has also developed from a single voice form to a humanized and intelligent direction.The article investigates and analyzes the technical development of museum guides and the current status of museum guides at home and abroad.Based on the behavior habits and psychological needs of exhibitors,a user model is established.Then a parallel smart guide strategy with hardware and software is proposed.Finally,an ergonomic guide product and a mobile terminal navigation interface are designed to improve the efficiency of navigation and optimize the visit experience,thereby promoting the development of China’s museum industry.
