活力复兴导向下青岛里院保护与更新策略研究——以广兴里为例

摘　　要：里院建筑是青岛历史记忆的载体,然而随着城市经济圈和发展重心的迁移,陈旧的公共设施与当代人生活方式的矛盾使里院建筑逐渐遭到遗弃,导致老城区逐渐衰落。如何保护里院建筑,最大程度地保留原有的历史风貌、传递遗存的历史信息,成为当下亟待解决的问题。文章将以广兴里及周边地段为研究和设计范围,通过一次概念设计的头脑风暴,探讨青岛里院面向当下城市发展窘境的活化与重塑策略,以期对城市历史街区更新与可持续发展有所启示。The Liyuan buildings are the carriers of Qingdao’s historical memory.However,the Liyuan buildings were gradually abandoned due to the migration of the economic circle and the urban center and the contradiction between the old public facilities and the modern life style,leading to the decline of the old city.How to protect the Liyuan buildings,retain the original historical features to the greatest extent and convey the historical information of the remains has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper takes Guangxingli and its surrounding areas as the research and design site,to explore the activation and renewing strategies of Qingdao Liyuan for the current urban development dilemma by the brainstorming of conceptual design.In this paper,we hope to give some enlightenment to the renewal and sustainable development of urban historic districts.
