基于场所精神浅谈历史街区改造中的地方特色建设——以席力图召五塔寺区段保护更新为例

摘　　要：随着城市化的快速发展,为避免城市之间的不断趋同化,人们逐渐重视城市地域文化和民族特色,而历史街区承载着一座城市从古到今的文化和记忆,因此在全球城市化快速发展的背景下,对其进行更新和保护尤为重要。但现今对历史街区的更新往往停留在物质层面,缺少精神层面。文章以场所精神为视角,以呼和浩特市旧城区席力图召五塔寺区段更新保护为例,探讨其现状和存在的问题,并提供一系列可行性策略,以营造一种充满地方特色的归属感场所。With the rapid development of urbanization,in order to avoid the continuous assimilation between cities,people gradually attach importance to the regional culture and national characteristics of the city.The historical block carries the culture and memory of a city from ancient times to the present,so it is particularly important to update and protect it in the context of the rapid urbanization of the world.But today’s renewal of historical blocks often stays at the material level and lacks a spiritual level.This paper,from the perspective of the spirit of place,takes the renewal and protection of the Wuta Temple section in Xilutuzhao,the old city of Hohhot as an example,discusses its current situation and existing problems,and provides a series of feasible strategies to create a sense of belonging place full of local characteristics.
