价值视域下陕西“三线工业”旧址保护与再生研究

摘　　要："三线工业"旧址是我国工业建设特殊时期的代表性遗存,是中国现代历史上工业大迁移的产物和见证。三线时期建设完成了一批国防工业、能源工业和交通基础设施,直接促进了西北、西南地区工业的崛起。然而20世纪90年代,三线工业的陆续迁移导致空置后的工业旧址,造成大量资源的浪费。文章以陕西三线工业旧址为对象,在遗产价值视域下,探讨保护与再生的策略和方法。As the representative of industry construction in China,"Third-Line"Industry Site is the product and witness of the great migration of industry in special period.It promotes industrialization in northeast and northwest China by construction in military,energy and infrastructure.However huge resources have been vacant and wasted after the migration of third-line industry in 1990’s.The paper discusses the strategies and methods of protection and regeneration under the view of heritage value.
