基于城市特色塑造的建筑文化遗产更新利用研究

摘　　要：随着城市发展向后工业时代迈进,一批近代的工厂因不能适应时代发展的需求而不再经营。然而,其厂房建筑展现出的是近代工业时期的特有风格,代表着一个时代,极具纪念价值;并且厂房建筑大都质量优良,值得保留和加以利用。如何才能既发挥这些老厂房利用价值,又留住特色,需要不断地研究和探讨。文章以"大华1935"老厂房更新改造项目为例进行分析评论,总结其值得学习之处以及不足之处,并给出改良的建议,最终得出具有借鉴意义的结论。With the development of urban post-industrial era,many modern factories,because they cannot adapt to the needs of the times,are no longer operate.However,what its factory buildings show is the unique style of the modern industrial period,which represents an era and is of great commemorative value.Moreover,most of the factory buildings are of good quality and worth preserving and utilizing.How to give full play to the use value of these old plants and retain their characteristics needs to be studied and discussed constantly.This paper takes the"Dahua 1935"old plant renovation project as an example to analyze and comment on,summarize its worth of learning and shortcomings,and give suggestions for improvement,and finally draw a conclusion with reference significance.
