摘  要:研究了白花败酱草的化学成分,采用70%乙醇提取白花败酱草,以石油醚、二氯甲烷、正丁醇萃取提取物得到不同极性的萃取物.取二氯甲烷层萃取物依次经正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶色谱进行分离,应用半制备高效液相色谱进行进一步的纯化提取.将得到的单体化合物通过核磁共振技术得到结构数据,解析并与相关文献比对后确定化合物结构.共分离得到了5个单体化学成分,分别为Caffeic acid methyl ester、Caffeic acid ethyl ester、Methyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate、(E)-Ferulic acid、Cirsimaritin.其中1个化合物为首次从败酱属植物中分离得到.In this experiment,the chemical constituents of Patrinia villosa Juss.were studied.Patrinia villosa Juss.was extracted by 70%ethanol,and different polar extracts were obtained by petroleum ether,dichloromethane and n-butanol.The extractions of dichloromethane were sequentially separated by normal silica gel column chromatography,octadecyl silane(ODS)column chromatography and sephadex chromatography.The semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography was used for further purification and extraction.The structure data of monomers were obtained by the nuclear magnetic resonance,and the structures of the compounds were determined after analysis and comparison with the relevant literature.Five compounds were isolated,including caffeic acid methyl ester,caffeic acid ethyl ester,methyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate,(E)-ferulic acid,and cirsimaritin.One compound was isolated from patrinia for the first time.
