葡萄糖酸钙联合欣母沛治疗对子痫前期剖宫产产后出血产妇血清Ca^2+、血红蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨葡萄糖酸钙联合欣母沛治疗对子痫前期剖宫产产后出血产妇血清Ca^2+、血红蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年1月本院收治的子痫前期剖宫产产后出血产妇102例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组各51例。对照组应用缩宫素治疗,研究组应用葡萄糖酸钙联合欣母沛治疗。比较两组患者血清Ca^2+水平,血红蛋白水平,不同时间点出血量,不良反应发生情况。结果:两组术前血清Ca^2+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2 h研究组血清Ca^2+水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2 h研究组血红蛋白水平水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2、24 h研究组出血量明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子痫前期剖宫产产后出血产妇治疗过程当中,葡萄糖酸钙联合欣母沛可以有效改善产妇的血红蛋白以及血清Ca^2+水平,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of calcium gluconate combined with xinmupei on serum Ca^2+and hemoglobin levels of puerperal women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in preeclampsia.Method:From December 2018 to January 2020,102 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage from pre-eclampsia cesarean section were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the study group was treated with Calcium Gluconate and Xinmupei.The serum Ca^2+level,hemoglobin level,bleeding volume at different time points and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in serum Ca^2+level between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);the serum Ca^2+level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 2 h after operation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum hemoglobin level between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);after operation 2 h,the hemoglobin levels of the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blood loss level at operation between the two groups(P>0.05);the blood loss level of the study group after operation 1 and 2 h were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcium Gluconate combined with Xinmupei can effectively improve hemoglobin and serum Ca^2+level in the treatment of puerperal hemorrhage after cesarean section in pre-eclampsia,which should be further popularized in clinical practice.
