系统化护理干预对复杂踝关节骨折患者术后恢复、疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分析系统化护理干预对复杂踝关节骨折患者术后恢复、疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年7月-2018年6月于本院进行踝关节骨折手术治疗的患者86例为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各43例。观察组予以系统化护理干预,对照组予以常规护理。比较不同护理干预对两组患者术后恢复、疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。结果:观察组患者术后下床活动时间、住院时间、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者实施系统化护理干预后疼痛缓解总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实施系统化护理干预后角色功能、情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂踝关节骨折患者在手术治疗后的护理干预中,系统化护理干预可以有效促进患者术后恢复,减轻疼痛程度,改善生活质量。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on recovery,pain degree and quality of life of patients with complex ankle fracture after operation.Method:A total of 86 patients who underwent operation treatment for ankle fractures in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.Systematic nursing intervention was given to the observation group and routine nursing was given to the control group.The effects of different nursing interventions on postoperative recovery,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:Postoperative ambulation time,hospital stay time,full weight bearing time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of pain relief after systematic nursing intervention was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After systematic nursing intervention,the scores of role function,emotional function,physical function and social function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing intervention after operation treatment for patients with complex ankle fractures,systematic nursing intervention can effectively promote postoperative recovery,reduce pain degree,and improve the quality of life.
