纤支镜治疗儿童支原体肺炎合并肺不张的针对性护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨在纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)下肺泡灌洗治疗儿童支原体肺炎合并肺不张中针对性护理的干预效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年10月于本院就诊的80例儿童支原体肺炎合并肺不张患儿,根据护理方式不同将其分为常规组和研究组,各40例。常规组给予常规护理,研究组给予针对性护理。比较两组临床症状和体征的消失时间、治疗依从性、护理质量及护理满意情况。结果:研究组体温消退时间、气促、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从性优良率为95.0%高于常规组的77.5%(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率为100%高于常规组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理应用于儿童支原体肺炎并肺不张纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗中干预效果理想,有助于患儿临床症状和体征的缓解,提高治疗依从性、护理质量及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with atelectasis in children treated by alveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Method:A total of 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with atelectasis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into routine group and study group,40 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given targeted nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs,treatment compliance,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The disappearance time of body temperature,shortness of breath,cough and lung rales in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the study group was 95.0%,higher than 77.5%in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 100%,higher than 77.5%of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with atelectasis in children treated by alveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy is ideal,which is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,improve the treatment compliance,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
