摘　　要：《针灸大成》为明代医家杨继洲所撰,集明代以前各家针灸学说于一体,是研究针灸文献的权威资料。其中有关太溪穴的记载颇多,其腧穴定位、刺灸方法、功能主治以及临床应用都进行了详细的介绍。《针灸大成》以大量篇幅言明太溪穴的重要性,将其广泛运用于各科疾病的治疗。因此探析《针灸大成》中太溪穴的临床应用,可为现代临床提供深刻的理论依据,更好地促进针灸学科的发展。Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is written by Yang jizhou,a physician of Ming dynasty.It is an authoritative document for the study of acupuncture and moxibustion.There are many records about Taixi acupoint,including the location of the acupoint,the method of acupuncture and moxibustion,the function and application of the acupoint.Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion explains the importance of Taixi acupoint in a large amount of space,and it is widely used in the treatment of various diseases.Therefore,an analysis of the clinical application of Taixi acupoint in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion can provide a profound theoretical basis for modern clinical practice and better promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
