摘  要:针对棉田缺乏大型固态有机肥抛撒机械的现状,研制了2FGH-12型棉田用固态肥抛撒机,实现了固态有机肥机械化抛撒。对整机结构进行了设计,计算了立式抛撒辊的转速。当拖拉机牵引速度为5 km/h时,作业效率为2~4 hm2/h,有效抛撒幅宽为8 m,抛撒平均厚度为0.5 cm,均匀性变异系数CV为32%。In view of the lack of large-scale solid organic fertilizer spreading machinery in cotton fields, the 2 FGH-12 solid fertilizer spreader for cotton fields has been developed to realize mechanized solid organic fertilizer spraying. The structure of the machine was designed, and the speed of the vertical spreading roller was calculated. When towing speed is 5 km/h,the workefficiency is 2~4 hm^2/h. The effective spreading width is 8 m, the average spreading thickness is 0.5 cm, and the uniformity variation coefficient is 32%.
