放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者的感恩心理体验与益处发现调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者的感恩心理体验及其益处发现(benefit finding,BF)现状,并分析BF影响因素,为临床干预提供参考依据。方法选取2019年7月至2020年1月放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者297名进行调查。调查问卷采用“主要照顾者感恩体验问卷”和汉化的“癌症患者疾病获益感量表”。结果放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者感恩体验得分(106.17±17.34)分,BF得分为(75.37±10.9)分。单因素分析显示,主要照顾者的受教育程度、年龄、性别、家庭月收入、与患者关系、每日照顾时间为放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者BF的影响因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,受教育程度、家庭月收入、每日照顾时间为放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者BF的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论放射治疗期间脑胶质瘤患者主要照顾者感恩体验得分较低,其益处发现得分处于中上等水平。不同特征的主要照顾者BF得分不同,受教育程度低、每日照顾时间越短、家庭收入越低者BF得分越低,护理人员应引起重视。Objective To investigate the gratitude psychological experience and benefit finding(BF)status of the main caregivers of patients with glioma during radiotherapy as the study subject,and analyze the influencing factors of BF to provide reference for clinical intervention.Methods To selected 297 main caregivers of patients with glioma during radiotherapy from July 2019 to January 2020 for investigation.The"gratitude psychological experience questionnaire of main caregivers"and the chinese version of the"cancer patients'benefiting sense scale"were adopted as the questionnaire.Results During radiotherapy,the main caregiver of glioma patients scored(106.17±17.34)points for gratitude psychological experience,and the BF score was(75.37±10.9)points.Univariate analysis showed that the education level,age,gender,monthly family income,relationship with the patient,and daily nursing time of the main caregiver were the influencing factors affecting the BF of the main caregiver of glioma patients during radiotherapy(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level,monthly family income,and daily nursing time were the influencing factors of BF of the main caregiver of glioma patients during radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion During radiotherapy,the main caregivers of patients with glioma had a low score of gratitude psychological experience,and their benefits were found to be in the upper-middle level.The main caregivers with different characteristics had different BF scores.The lower the education level,the shorter the daily nursing time,and the lower the family income,the lower the BF score.Nursing staff should pay attention to it.
