摘　　要：目的探讨医护康一体化管理模式对预防鼻咽癌放疗患者张口困难的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年3月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者92例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施医护康一体化管理模式进行护理,比较两组患者放疗后6个月张口困难发生率及张口功能锻炼的依从性。结果观察组张口功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组,放疗后6个月张口困难发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护康一体化管理模式可有效提高鼻咽癌放疗患者张口锻炼的依从性,降低张口困难的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of a management model integrating medical treatment,nursing care and rehabilitation on preventing mouth opening dysfunction in patients undergoing nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods To select 92 cases of patients who underwent nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy and were admitted to the undergraduate room from May 2017 to March 2018 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group implemented a management model integrating medical treatment,nursing care and rehabilitation on the basis of routine care to compare the incidence of mouth opening dysfunction 6 months after radiotherapy and compliance of mouth opening functional exercise between the two groups.Results The compliance of mouth opening functional exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of mouth opening dysfunction at 6 months after radiotherapy was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The management model integrating medical treatment,nursing care and rehabilitation can effectively improve the compliance of patients undergoing nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,and reduce the incidence of mouth opening dysfunction.
