诱导护理干预在新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨诱导护理干预在新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎诱导护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月收治的66例呼吸机治疗后出现呼吸机相关肺炎的新生儿为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎诱导护理。结果两组护理前的血气分析比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组血气分析优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理前的呼吸频率、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组呼吸频率、心率优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组待机时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎诱导护理干预可改善新生儿的血气指标,缩短住院时间,提高生存率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of induced nursing intervention in induced nursing of neonates with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods To select 66 cases of neonates with ventilator-associated pneumonia after ventilator treatment from August 2017 to August 2018 as the study subjects,and they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given the induced nursing to neonates with ventilator-associated pneumonia on the basis of the control group.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood gas analysis between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood gas analysis of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in respiratory rate and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the respiratory rate and heart rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The standby time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in survival rates between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The induced nursing intervention for neonates with ventilator-associated pneumonia can improve neonatal blood gas indicators,shorten hospital stay,and increase survival rate.
