加强医护核对对提高手术安全核查表作用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加强医护核对对提升手术安全核查表的作用与效果。方法选择2019年3—9月我院手术室32名护理工作人员,12名骨关节外科医师,6名麻醉医师共50名医护人员作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取培训、核查一系列措施加强医护核对,对照组按常规流程实施。结果观察组在麻醉实施前、手术开始前和患者离开手术室前的核对无缺项漏项台数、所有手术人员到齐核对台数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强医护核对有助于提升手术安全核查表的应用效果。Objective To explore the role and effect of strengthening doctors and nursing verification in improving the surgical safety checklist.Methods We selected 32 nursing staff,12 osteoarticular surgeons,6 anesthesiologists and 50 medical staff in our hospital's operating room from March to September 2019 as the study subjects,and according to the table of random method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group took a series of training and verification measures to strengthen the doctors and nursing check,and the control group implemented the routine procedures.Results The number of check-ups of the observation group before the implementation of anesthesia,the start of the operation,and before the patient left the operating room,and the number of check-ups by all operating personnel were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening doctors and nursing verification will help improve the application effectiveness of surgical safety checklist.
