低体温预测模型及无线体温传感器在老年患者体温保护中的应用

摘　　要：目的将低体温预测模型及无线体温传感器应用于老年腹腔镜腹部手术患者的体温保护中,评价应用效果。方法2019年1—12月我院接诊的腹腔镜腹部手术患者80例,分为观察组和对照组。观察组采取低体温预测模型评估患者低体温风险,采用无线体温传感器持续监测体温,根据体温采取主动保温措施;对照组采取常规护理。记录两组患者进入手术室时、手术开始时、术后1,2 h、进入复苏室时体温;记录两组患者寒战发生率。结果观察组不同时间体温与对照组比较,下降幅度小,甚至有轻度上升;观察组较对照组低体温发生率低、寒战发生率低(P<0.05)。结论运用低体温预测模型及无线体温传感器能有效降低老年腹腔镜腹部手术患者低体温发生率,降低寒战发生率。并能实施全过程监控及护理。是围手术期体温保护的一个有效方法,值得推广应用。Objective To apply the hypothermia prediction model and wireless body temperature sensor to the body temperature protection of elderly patients with laparoscopic abdominal surgery and evaluate the application effect.Methods We selected 80 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery in our hospital from January to December 2019,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group adopted a hypothermia prediction model to evaluate the patient's risk of hypothermia,and used wireless body temperature sensors to continuously monitor body temperature,and took active insulation measures based on body temperature,and the control group adopted routine care.The body temperature of the two groups of patients when they entered the operating room,at the beginning of the operation,1,2 hours after the operation,and when they entered the resuscitation room,were recorded,and the incidence of chills in the two groups was recorded.Results Compared with the control group at different times,the body temperature of the observation group decreased slightly,even slightly increased,and the observation group had a lower incidence of hypothermia and chills than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hypothermia prediction model and wireless body temperature sensor can effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia and chills in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery,and can implement the whole process monitoring and nursing.It was an effective method for perioperative temperature protection,which was worth popularizing and applying.
