摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎病区护士个人防护装备(PPE)穿脱流程的正确使用对护理人员自身安全的影响。方法结合世界卫生组织(WHO)和我国疾病控制与预防控制中心(CDC)对进入隔离病区PPE穿脱的标准和流程,对首批进入武汉金银潭医院新型冠状病毒肺炎病区援鄂医疗队的137名医护人员制定更加严格、规范的优化PPE流程,并进行PPE培训和考核。结果优化后的PPE流程更加科学、规范,更有效地保护医护人员自身安全。结论对首批援鄂医疗队137名医护人员进入新型冠状病毒肺炎病区应用优化PPE,有助于提高隔离防护效果,降低医院内感染发生率,能够更好地保护医护人员自身的安全,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the correct use of the putting on and taking off personal protective equipment(PPE)process in nurses of the COVID-19 ward on the safety of nursing staff.Methods Combining the standards and procedures of World Health Organization(WHO)and my country's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)for putting on and taking off PPE to enter the isolation ward,the first batch of 137 medical staff who entered the COVID-19 ward of Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital's COVID-19 ward aided Hubei medical team formulated more strict and standardized optimized PPE process,and conduct PPE training and assessment.Results The optimized PPE process was more scientific and standardized,and protected the safety of medical staff more effectively.Conclusion The application of optimized PPE to the first batch of 137 medical staff of the medical team assisting Hubei entering the COVID-19 ward will help improve the isolation and protection effect,reduce the incidence of hospital infections,and better protect the safety of medical staff,which was worth popularizing and applying.
