不同剂量沙美特罗替卡松辅助治疗支气管哮喘临床评价

摘　　要：目的探究不同剂量沙美特罗替卡松辅助治疗支气管哮喘临床评价。方法选择我院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的84例支气管哮喘患者作为本次研究对象,采取随机分组的方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组患者将使用低剂量的沙美特罗替卡松进行治疗,实验组患者将使用高剂量的沙美特罗替卡松进行治疗,然后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果经过临床对两组患者的对比发现,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为97.61%(41),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为83.33%(35),实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的临床症状缓解时间明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中对支气管哮喘患者使用低剂量沙美特罗替卡松治疗,对患者的治疗效果不佳,且临床症状的缓解时间过长;而对支气管哮喘患者使用高剂量的沙美特罗替卡松治疗,对患者的治疗效果良好,能减少患者症状缓解时间。值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of different doses of salmeterol and ticasone in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 84 patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group will be treated with low-dose salmeterol ticasone,and patients in the experimental group will be treated with high-dose salmeterol ticasone,and then the treatment effect of the two groups will be compared.Results After clinical comparison of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.61%(41),the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%(35),the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical symptom relief time of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma patients with low-dose salmeterol ticasone,the treatment effect of the patients is not good,and the clinical symptom relief time is too long;while in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients with high-dose salmeterol ticasone,the treatment effect of the patients is good,can reduce the symptom relief time of the patients.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
