摘  要:大湾水电站枢纽结合地形地貌及枢纽布置情况,为有效降低工程造价,综合发挥工程构筑物功能,优化电站首部枢纽布置,提出了泄洪排沙与施工导流相结合的两洞合一设计方案,在施工期作为导流建筑,运行期作为泄洪冲沙隧洞。经过技术比选和模型验证,选定的设计方案满足施工导流和泄洪冲沙永久运行要求,工程技术经济综合效益良好,运行安全。Tawan hydropower station hub combines the condition of topography and the general layout,in order to effectively reduce the project cost,comprehensive display engineering constructions function,optimize power station first hub layout,construction diversion and the water and sand combination design of the joining together of two holes,in the construction period as a diversion construction,operating period as water flushing tunnel.Through technical comparison and model verification,the selected design scheme meets the requirements of construction diversion and flood discharge and sand washing for permanent operation,and the comprehensive benefits of engineering technology and economy are good and the operation is safe.
