摘 要:文中水利部水资源调度通用软件框架为核心技术,结合流域实际工作需要,基于通用软件模型、已有嫩江干流调度模型及方案,优化设置关闭节点和生态用水单元模块,细化水库用水概念,定制和建立新的嫩江流域调度模型。对比一期系统、二期通用软件框架和业务工作需求,将非调度方案编制功能从系统中剥离,使系统能更专注于调度计算和方案编制,完成了嫩江干流调度子系统的定制,进而完善松辽流域水资源调配决策支持系统,并促进了调度系统与平台内其他系统的信息共享和互联互通。Taking the general software framework of water resources management of the Ministry of Water Resources as the core technology and combined with the actual work needs of the basin,based on the general software model and the existing Nenjiang river trunk flow management model and scheme,the closure node and ecological water unit module were optimized to refine the concept of reservoir water use,and a new Nenjiang basin management model was customized and established.Compare the first phase of the system,second phase general software framework,and business requirements,the function of non-scheduling scheme formulation was separated from the system,the system can be more focused on scheduling calculation and scheme establishment,completed the custom of Nenjiang river scheduling subsystem,and then improve the Songliao Basin water resources allocation decision support system,and promote the scheduling system with other system of information sharing platform and connectivity.
